What are superfoods?
Superfoods are those that are nutrient dense that can make you feel better thanks to high levels of antioxidants and vitamin C. Superfoods have been noted to improve metabolism, burn more calories, make your skin look and feel better---as well as improve physical and mental health!

An easy way to ensure you are getting a range of nutritious ingredients in your meals is to look for color as you shop and create meals. Find reds, oranges, greens, yellows, whites, and blues. Scoop them up and mix them in!
- Instead of a sandwich with lettuce, try kale or spinach.
- Making a smoothie? toss in a few extra blueberries and some yogurt
- Fresh ginger in your tea is delicious and good for you
